Had a change of heart? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, though buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please first contact us at hello@tidyplans.com.

Due to their replicable nature, we do not provide refunds on any of our digital file products. Thank you for understanding.

If your physical order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

Shipping Policy

All digital file orders come in PDF format via a link that will appear on the checkout confirmation page immediately after you place your order. You will also receive an email with a secondary link to access your files.

Each physical product (our wall calendars and vision board booklets) are printed whenever an order is placed. Printing on demand instead of in bulk helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste, which makes the environment happy.

We’re not (and never want to be) like Amazon, and we appreciate your patience and decision to support our small business instead.

All orders will be processed within 2-6 days. For orders within the US, please allow 4-7 days for delivery. For international orders, please allow an additional 10-21 business days for delivery.
